NRPUR (Non-Ribosomal Polyketide Synthase PURified) is a new database of curated NRPS/PKS sequences that is used to detect existing and putative new NPRS/PKS clusters in genome.
This database is built to be used with RPSBLAST and a link to BLAST will allow you to quickly launch a RPSBLAST through our web interface.
